Webex App Hub · Haus iT Caller ID
Know who is calling before you pick up.
The Haus iT Caller ID shows company, contact and customer number in the Webex sidebar – looked up in your own CRM or ERP, at the moment the phone rings. One click opens the record in the source system.
No software on the workstations. No call forwarding. No call content.
The interface is available in 21 languages.
Published in the Webex App Hub since 3 September 2026 – every Webex organisation can view it there and allow it in Control Hub.
What changes day to day
An unknown number costs time twice: once when answering, once when looking it up. Both disappear.
The name is there before you pick up
Company, contact person, customer number, the stored photo and the latest transactions – from the system where they are maintained anyway. No second set of data for someone to keep up to date.
One click into the record
Straight from the sidebar into the customer record in your CRM – no search box, no copying the number. If you work with a desk phone, you call back from there.
Missed calls do not slip through
The call list shows who was not reached and whether someone has already picked it up. What is open stays visible until it is dealt with.
Your own number book
Whatever no CRM knows – suppliers, public authorities, recurring callers – you enter once yourself. In one measurement 20 entries raised the recognition rate by 28.6 points.
Reports that answer questions
Availability per hunt group, waiting times, calls per site and department. Counted per call, not per record – otherwise a hunt group with seven phones counts every call seven times.
Nothing to install
The tile runs inside Webex, the portal in a browser. No rollout to workstations, no background maintenance, no change to your phone system.
How it works
Four steps to the first identified call. Setup takes a morning; if you like, we do it together with you.
- Get an account You receive an account for hausit-portal.de. Sign in with a password, through Webex or through Microsoft 365 – whichever is usual in your organisation.
- Connect the phone system Your Webex administrator releases your organisation's call data once. From then on the portal reads users, locations and calls – no call content.
- Enter your CRM or ERP Select the system, enter the credentials. The portal checks the sign-in straight away and says in plain words whether it works – not first at the first call.
- Open the tile Each member of staff starts the app once in the Webex sidebar and pairs it with a code. On the next call the name is there.
The tile in Webex
The call on the left, the call list on the right – both in the sidebar, without switching windows.
Your system is probably among them
14 CRM and ERP systems are connected today. Your system is asked directly – at the moment the phone rings. No copy of your customer data is created here.

What it costs
Billed monthly, cancellable at any time, all amounts excluding VAT. No setup fee, no minimum term.
Portal per company
290,00 € / month
includes 25 workstations, all reports and the number book
Additional seats
50,00 € / month
per started block of 25 – not per person, so the price is not a different one every month
Webex app per user
7,90 € / month
only for those who actually use it – you decide per person
A company with 25 workstations therefore pays 290,00 € a month for the portal; the tile is charged per person on top. A quotation for your case is available on request.
What happens to the data
A system that sees who calls whom has to be able to answer this question – before the first invoice, not after it.
No call content
There is no listening in and no recording. What is processed is the number, the time and the duration – the same details your phone system already holds.
Your customer data stays with you
When the phone rings, the portal asks your system and shows the answer. It creates no second customer database for someone to maintain or delete.
30 days, then deleted
Call data is removed automatically after 30 days. If you want to analyse a longer period, you set the retention period yourself in the portal – and see there what was actually deleted.
Servers in Germany
Operation and data storage in Germany, data processing under Article 28 GDPR. For your works agreement we supply a description of what is actually collected.
Who sees what is settled
6 roles, from managing director to the person using the tile. A site manager sees their own site, not the others; anyone who only has the tile sees the caller and no reports.
Every change is in the log
Anyone who changes a setting, creates an account or opens a report leaves an entry with a timestamp. Ourselves included – support access is time-limited, read-only and logged.
Talk to us
You will not get an off-the-shelf answer but a clear assessment: whether the effort is worth it for your company, what your system needs to be capable of – and what it costs. If it is not a fit, we say so.
