Is your system among them?

When the phone rings, Haus iT Caller ID asks your own system directly – no copy of your customer base, no nightly sync. These 39 systems are connected. What each of them delivers is stated in its row: we only tick what the system really gives us.

  1. The phone rings Incoming call
  2. Webex reports the number
  3. Haus iT Caller ID standardises it
  4. Your CRM or ERP looks it up Your customer data stays here
  5. The sidebar names the caller
About 250 milliseconds from ring to name, measured on 03/09/2026 across 25 numbers that had never been looked up before. Not a single lookup took more than 400 milliseconds – the threshold at which a person starts waiting.
  • 39 of 39 Finds by phone number
  • 26 of 39 Finds by name
  • 17 of 39 States the company
  • 9 of 39 States the customer number
  • 11 of 39 Links into the record

And what becomes of the calls?

The connector answers the first question: who is calling. The second comes afterwards – what became of the call. That is what sales monitoring is for: the same call data, evaluated by customer rather than by minutes.

Sales monitoring: see how calls are made

Reports on reachability, customers contacted and reached, call queues and the course of the day – also per employee, with export as a table.

Not how much was called, but with how many customers. Anyone who only knows the number of calls sees a full day – and not whether anyone was actually reached.

  • Availability: how many callers hung up before anyone picked up – per hunt group and per time of day.
  • Customers touched and customers reached: counted per call and per customer, not per record. A call that rings through five handsets stays one call.
  • Daily pattern and queues: when it gets tight and where the callers are lost.
  • Per employee, if you want it – with the co-determination that goes with it.

The service can be booked independently of the Webex card: it needs no approved app and no Webex client, only the call data the portal synchronises anyway.

Reports on individual employees are subject to co-determination under § 87 (1) no. 6 of the German Works Constitution Act. Clarify their introduction with your works council before using the service – the portal rates no one and makes no decisions, but it does show figures on individual people.

290,00 € / month plus VAT

per organisation, includes 50 evaluated lines; every further started block of 25 adds 50,00 €

Book it in the portal

The portal itself – overview, call list and number book – stays free and with no limit on workplaces.

Your system missing?

Then that is not a refusal. A connector needs two things from your vendor: an interface that answers a phone number, and a read-only account. Both are built in a day – we have written the guide for it.
