Integrations in detail WhatsApp Business

The message and the call are the same person

On Tuesday a customer calls. On Thursday a WhatsApp message arrives from the same number. For your customer it is one matter. For your team it is usually two.

What your team deals with today

The message lands on a mobile phone, the calls in the phone system, the customer data in the CRM. Anyone who wants to reply first has to piece together who is writing at all.

  • A number instead of a name – who was that again?
  • No clear responsibility – whoever happens to look at the phone replies.
  • Nothing in the CRM – what was discussed is known only to whoever read it.

Replying quickly pays off

A message waits quietly – unlike a ringing phone. That is why the tile shows how many messages are still open and how long a free reply is still possible.

24 hours
That is how long a reply is free after your customer's message. After that, only an approved template can be sent, which WhatsApp charges for.

Set up without detours

  • Management or IT connects the WhatsApp Business number to Meta once – with one click in the portal.
  • Assign the employees who answer the messages.
  • Done – new messages appear in the tile.

In short

Whether your customer calls or writes, it is the same person. With Haus iT Caller ID your team knows it too – and replies before anyone has to ask again.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see who sent a WhatsApp message?

Yes. If the sender is in your CRM, name and company appear just as they do for a call – including numbers from abroad. Otherwise you see the name they chose in WhatsApp.

Who in the team sees the messages?

Only the employees you assign the chat to. Everyone knows who is in charge, and nobody else reads along.

What does a reply cost?

WhatsApp does not charge for a reply within 24 hours of your customer's message. After that, only an approved template can be sent, and that is charged.

Does the conversation end up in my CRM?

Yes, with one click: your employee notes what it was about, and the note is filed in the CRM – marked as a WhatsApp message, not as a call.
